Confirm the details
Your pickup is coordinated and availability, vehicle selection and price are confirmed before you travel. Passenger and equipment capacity is confirmed for your group and date, and coordinated multiple vehicles are arranged when one will not cover the party. Round trips, itineraries running several days and conference schedules are discussed the same way.
Travel together
Head for the mountain, the resort, the hotel, the meeting or the airport with winter roads already part of the plan. Departure times are reviewed with you when the weather turns.

Where can you take my group from Spokane airport?
RoadStars meets groups at Spokane International Airport, GEG, and serves Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Sandpoint and nearby areas. Share your exact destination so the route and availability can be confirmed.
Do you carry skis, boards and equipment?
Yes. Tell us what is travelling with the group, skis, boards, boot bags and luggage included, and passenger and equipment capacity is confirmed for your group and date.
Can you arrange a ski club weekend or a trip across several days?
Yes. Groups travelling to Schweitzer, Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass are a regular run, and round trips and longer itineraries are arranged together. Include your return date, pickup location and any flight details when you inquire.
What about winter roads and late flights?
Winter weather is planned for, and departure times are reviewed with you when conditions change. Share your flight number for arrivals at GEG so the pickup can be coordinated, and confirm the waiting allowance and any additional charges directly with RoadStars before booking.
Do you handle corporate, conference and family groups?
Yes. Corporate travel, conference schedules, private families and social groups are arranged exactly as ski clubs are. Calls and texts are answered daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Prearranged trips may operate outside those hours when confirmed in advance.
